 | Friends of the Environment (FRIENDS) was organized in 1988 by a small group of Hope Town residents concerned about Abaco’s natural environment. Today, FRIENDS has many more members through the Abacos and the world. | ||||||||||

Members are our lifeblood through both financial as well as physical support. As in nature, there is strength in numbers from a voice to active participation. | FRIENDS is continually adjusting their focus to the changes in the Abacos to ensure that Friends of the Environment will be here for many years to come, as well as the beautiful Abaco environment that all love and enjoy. | ||||||||||
